The Lounge

Realizing that we had to wake up at 4am instead of 6am, we called it a night early (like 2am). Two hours later, we're up and running to 1. Check-out of Dulcinea, 2. Find a cab, 3. Go through airport security, 4. Pay the Php 1,600 terminal fee for two, 5. Check-in Mabuhay Class to get the free food tickets, 6. Pass through Immigration (no sweat), 7. Look for The Lounge.

So here we are in the Mabuhay Lounge at the Cebu Intl Airport waiting for our boarding call. I was struggling with the jacket i was carrying, still not used to bringing one. We arrived and checked in a good 15 minutes before the Terminal Fee guy arrived, the queue was long and good thing we were the first ones in line. Immigration check was fast, except for my passport which their computer can't seem to recognize for awhile.

Then -- ahhhhhh -- the comfy seats and ambience of the lounge. Free food and wifi too! Ivy's downloading Metallica Tap Tap Revenge on her iPod Touch as i'm writing this. (Which did not work, dang it!)

So my next post will surely be in Japan. Ta-ta!
